These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you ("you," "your," or "User") and BETANGO GLOBAL LLC, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and successors ("Company," “BeTango,” "we," "us”). The following Terms of Access to the private Telegram chat, as well as any documents, govern your access to https://dmitryvasin.com/ and the use of https://dmitryvasin.com/ subdomains, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://dmitryvasin.com/, our mobile optimized websites (together the "Website", “Site”, or “Closed telegram club”), as a guest, User, Registered User, Subscriber, Ambassador, or Instructor (collectively, “Users”).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SECTION BELOW. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE: THE BETANGO CLOSED TELEGRAM CLUB IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL, SOCIAL NETWORKING, EDUCATIONAL, AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. DANCE LESSONS, AND ALL OTHER CONTENT ON PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT INVOLVE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE BEGINNING ANY DANCE, FITNESS, OR EXERCISE PROGRAM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ANY PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INJURIES, OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU START TO USE PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT – THEY ARE IMPORTANT AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
By accessing or using any content, information, services, features, or resources available or enabled via private Telegram chat (collectively, the "Services") offered by the Company through private Telegram chat, you represent and warrant that:
(1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS;

(3) IF YOU ARE CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR ENGAGING IN ACTIVE PARTICIPATION (SUCH AS STREAMING, CHATTING, OR POSTING), YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE EQUIVALENT MINIMUM AGE IN YOUR JURISDICTION) AND OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY, OR, IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 16 YEARS OF AGE AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION (TYPICALLY 18), YOU HAVE OBTAINED VERIFIABLE CONSENT FROM A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS AND USE THE SERVICES; AND
(4) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS OF USE PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF COMPANY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE USER, AND TO BIND THAT COMPANY TO THESE TERMS.
THE TERM "YOU" REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE USER OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT, WHETHER AS A GUEST, REGISTERED USER, INSTRUCTOR, OR AMBASSADOR, AS APPLICABLE. YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE, , OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND OUR DMCA POLICY, INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THE PRIVACY POLICY YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT.
Private Telegram chat
The closed Telegram club is a private Telegram chat for dance training that offers high-quality video lessons, useful tips, and exclusive content. A detailed monthly schedule of video lessons is available for planning your workouts.
Users pay for access, receive an invitation to a private Telegram chat, view pre-recorded lessons, and ask questions on Telegram.
Personal Enjoyment
You agree to use private Telegram chat solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing or using private Telegram chat for any professional, commercial, organizational, or institutional purposes, including news reporting, investigative, law enforcement, competitive intelligence gathering, market research, or similar activities, without our prior written consent.
You agree to respect the privacy of other Users and to keep confidential any personal information you learn about them through private Telegram chat (such as names, contact details, profiles, or other identifiable details). You will not disclose, share, or use such information in a way that could harm, harass, dox, or identify another User without their explicit consent.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, broadcast, retransmit, create unauthorized links to, or otherwise exploit any other materials on private Telegram chat except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, the posting User or Instructor, or applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
Your use of private Telegram chat involves the collection and processing of personal information. The BeTango Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference and available at https://dmitryvasin.com/ ) governs all collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data. The Privacy Policy contains important details about how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, including through cookies, analytics tools, and location data (where applicable). We encourage you to read it thoroughly.
In-Person Interactions (AT YOUR OWN RISK) and User Safety
The BeTango Closed telegram club is intended solely for discovering, viewing, and participating in online dance lessons.
BeTango does not screen users, verify identities, or conduct background checks. We are not responsible for the conduct, safety, or reliability of any users or instructors. BeTango assumes no liability for any injuries, disputes, damages, losses, or harms arising from any offline or in-person interactions, whether facilitated through private Telegram chat or not.
You agree not to use private Telegram chat to arrange, promote, or coordinate any illegal, unsafe, or harmful activities. All transactions must occur through private Telegram chat’s official payment system. Off-Closed telegram club payments are at your own risk.
BY USING PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT, YOU RELEASE US FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO OFFLINE OR IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES.
Other Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use private Telegram chat only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct, directly or indirectly:
Illegal or Harmful Activity
Engage in, facilitate, promote, or encourage any illegal activity, including but not limited to exploitation or harm of minors, fraud, harassment, stalking, threats of violence, incitement to violence, swatting, doxxing, terrorism-related conduct, prostitution, sex trafficking, human trafficking, or any conduct involving force, fraud, or coercion.
Use private Telegram chat to arrange, coordinate, solicit, or promote any unlawful offline or online conduct, or other criminal acts.
No sexual materials of any kind are permitted anywhere on private Telegram chat. This includes posting, sharing, streaming, discussing, soliciting, linking to, or otherwise making available any content depicting nudity, sexual acts (real, simulated, animated, role-played, or implied), or sexually suggestive material.
Content and Communication
Post false, misleading, defamatory, libelous, or paid endorsements/reviews of Instructors, or other Users.
Spread spam, junk messages, chain letters, pyramid schemes, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive promotional content.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, brigade, or cause emotional distress to any other User (including Guests, Registered Users, Instructors).
Collect, store, scrape, or solicit personal, financial, or identifying information from other Users without their express consent, or use such information for commercial, unlawful, malicious, or doxxing purposes.
Share private messages, whispers, conversations, or personally identifiable information (e.g., full name, address, phone number, email, workplace, or other sensitive details) about another User without their explicit consent..
Repost, redistribute, retransmit, clips, or comments outside private Telegram chat without the posting User or Instructor’s express permission.
Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Impersonate any person or entity, including BeTango staff, other Users, public figures, organizations, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person, or entity.
Create multiple or alternate Accounts to evade suspensions, bans, or restrictions (“Suspension Evasion”).
Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or sources in a way intended to deceive or manipulate others.
Closed telegram club Integrity and Technical Abuse
Use private Telegram chat in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, impair, or interfere with its operation or any other User’s enjoyment (including real-time streaming, chat, or discussion features).
Trying to bypass or manipulate the features of a private Telegram chat or any other Closed telegram club mechanisms.
Use robots, spiders, scrapers, bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized automated processes to access, monitor, copy, interact with, or harvest data from private Telegram chat.
Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or any other harmful code or disruptive technology.
Attempt unauthorized access to Accounts, servers, databases, source code, or restricted areas of private Telegram chat.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or proprietary technology of private Telegram chat.
Develop, distribute, or use third-party applications, extensions, or tools that interact with or modify private Telegram chat without our prior written consent.
Engage in denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or any other conduct intended to disrupt or degrade private Telegram chat or its services.
False & Deceptive Content Practices
Persistently spread widely disproven and/or deceptive information, including content targeting protected groups.
Create, upload, share, or disseminate AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated content intended to deceive.
Upload, share, or disseminate false or deceptive AI-assisted content, including:
Deepfakes or manipulated media presented as authentic;
AI-generated text, images, audio, or video impersonating individuals or entities without clear disclosure;
Synthetic content likely to mislead users about its artificial origin.
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, such as using fake accounts, bots, or networks to artificially amplify, suppress, or manipulate discussions, trends, or engagement.
Other Restrictions
Use private Telegram chat for any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative purpose, including artificial inflation of engagement metrics or misleading viewers about content.
Cross-post identical or substantially similar messages excessively in a manner that disrupts discussions or appears spammy.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation through use of private Telegram chat.
Advertise, offer for sale in any section of private Telegram chat, or sell any of the following items:
Any firearms, explosives, or weapons.
Any items that are hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, that contain child pornography, or are harmful to minors.
Any controlled substances or pharmaceuticals.
Any counterfeit or stolen items.
Any goods or services that do not, in fact, exist.
Any registered or unregistered securities.
Any items that violate or infringe the rights of other parties.
Any items that you do not have the legal right to sell.
Any items, where paying the Company any of the required transactional or listing fees would cause the Company to violate any law.
Reporting System
To report any unwanted, harmful, or inappropriate behavior (including videos, comments, and profiles) in a private Telegram chat, you must contact us via email at Support@betango.dance . Please provide a detailed description of the issue, any relevant links, screenshots, or other evidence, as well as your contact information if you wish to be contacted.
Your message will be reviewed by the BeTango team as soon as possible. We may take appropriate action, including removal of content, warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the violation. However, BeTango is not required to take any specific action, notify you of the results, or provide updated information regarding your issue.
Trademarks
The BeTango name, the BeTango logo, and any other BeTango product or service names, logos, designs, or slogans that appear on private Telegram chat (collectively, the "BeTango Marks") are trademarks or service marks of BeTango (or its affiliates) and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. You may not use any metatags or other "hidden text" utilizing the BeTango Marks or any other BeTango trademark, service mark, or name without our prior written permission. The overall look and feel of private Telegram chat, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, scripts, and user interface elements (collectively, the "Trade Dress"), constitute the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of BeTango and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, or logos mentioned on private Telegram chat are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us.
Linking to the Website
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to create a text hyperlink to the BeTango Closed telegram club, provided that:
The link does not portray BeTango, private Telegram chat, or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, defamatory, or otherwise negative manner; and
The linking site does not contain any adult, illegal, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material.
You may link to private Telegram chat in a way that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation or exploit it, but you must not establish a link that suggests any form of association, approval, endorsement, or sponsorship by BeTango where none exists.

These may include hyperlinks that direct you away from private Telegram chat to external sites, embedded content (such as videos, widgets, or feeds from other Closed telegram clubs), inverse hyperlinks, framing technologies, or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics services, social sharing buttons, fact-checking APIs, or external news sources referenced in streams or comments).
BeTango has no control over, and does not assume responsibility for, the content, policies, practices, availability, accuracy, legality, safety, or functionality of any such third-party websites, resources, or services. You acknowledge and agree that BeTango does not endorse, sponsor, or recommend any third-party site, content, product, service, advertiser, or resource linked to or appearing on private Telegram chat, and inclusion of any link or reference does not imply affiliation, approval, or endorsement by BeTango.
You further acknowledge and agree that BeTango shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, claim, injury, or harm caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with:
Your access to, use of, or reliance on any third-party content, goods, services, information, or materials available on or through such external sites or resources;
Any viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful code transmitted from third-party sites;

Intellectual Property of The Company
All content, features, and functionality on the BeTango Closed telegram club, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof (“BeTango Content”), are the exclusive property of BeTango or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No provision in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any BeTango intellectual property except as expressly stated. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or use any BeTango Content or BeTango Marks for any purpose other than as permitted in these Terms. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on private Telegram chat belong to their respective owners.
Copyright Violations; DMCA
Company respects the intellectual property of others. It is Company's policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement. Company will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, Company may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. Company will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

Prices on the Website
All prices and rates for the private Telegram club are listed on the website in the corresponding currency specified at the time of purchase (which may vary depending on your location or account settings). All prices include applicable taxes and other government fees, which will be added to your order if necessary. BeTango reserves the right to change prices at any time, with or without prior notice. All rates with current prices are listed on the website.
Refunds
If BeTango discontinues, suspends, or makes any service unavailable for any reason, BeTango reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion:
(i) cancel your Purchase and issue no refund;
(ii) credit your Account with Website credits (“V-Points”);
(iii) substitute the unavailable Service with a comparable alternative.
You acknowledge and agree that BeTango shall have no obligation to provide a monetary refund and that the choice of any (or none) of the above options shall be at BeTango’s sole discretion. Any refunds or credits, if issued, will be processed within a reasonable time. Except as set forth in this Section all fees are non-refundable.
Chargeback and Friendly Fraud Policy
Friendly fraud, also referred to as chargeback fraud, occurs when a user disputes a legitimate charge by falsely claiming it was unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid (“Chargeback Fraud”).
Users found to be engaging in Chargeback Fraud related to any Transactions on the BeTango Closed telegram club may face immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and other enforcement actions as BeTango deems appropriate.
BeTango thoroughly investigates all chargeback claims. By making any payment or authorizing any charge on private Telegram chat, you agree that all such charges are final, irrevocable, and non-disputable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
Attempting to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute for a legitimate transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, BeTango is entitled to recover from you: (i) the full amount of the disputed charge, (ii) any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor or card issuer, (iii) reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, collection agency fees, and any other costs incurred in resolving the chargeback, and (iv) any additional damages or losses resulting from the breach.
If you initiate a chargeback and fail to repay the full amount owed (including all fees and costs) within thirty (30) days of written notification, BeTango may transfer the debt to a collection agency, report the delinquent account to credit bureaus, and pursue any other legal remedies available. You agree that BeTango’s records, including transaction logs and authorization evidence, constitute sufficient proof to dispute and reverse any fraudulent chargeback.
You further agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute unless you have first contacted BeTango support and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Premature or bad-faith chargebacks will be treated as Chargeback Fraud.
User Representations and Warranties
By accessing or using the BeTango Closed telegram club, creating an Account, or posting any content, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 16 years of age (or, if between 16 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian);
You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to use private Telegram chat;
You will use private Telegram chat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws;
You will not engage in any conduct that violates the rights of BeTango, other users, or third parties, including harassment, defamation, threats, or infringement;
All information you provide to BeTango is accurate, complete, and current, and you will promptly update it as needed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeTango, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these representations and warranties or your use of private Telegram chat.
Any breach of these representations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without liability to BeTango. If you cannot make these representations, you must immediately cease using private Telegram chat.
Assumption of Risk – Physical Activity
DANCE LESSONS, CHOREOGRAPHY PRACTICE, AND ALL OTHER PHYSICAL CONTENT ON THE BETANGO CLOSED TELEGRAM CLUB INVOLVE INHERENT AND SIGNIFICANT RISKS OF PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR HARM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THESE RISKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, MUSCLE STRAINS, SPRAINS, FRACTURES, JOINT DISLOCATIONS, BACK INJURIES, CARDIOVASCULAR EVENTS, DEHYDRATION, DIZZINESS, FALLS, AND OTHER SERIOUS OR CATASTROPHIC INJURIES, UP TO AND INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY OR DEATH.
YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT AND PARTICIPATION IN ANY DANCE LESSONS, OR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, OBVIOUS OR HIDDEN.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND HEALTH, HAVE NO MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT COULD INTERFERE WITH YOUR SAFE PARTICIPATION, AND HAVE CONSULTED WITH A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY DANCE OR EXERCISE PROGRAM ACCESSED THROUGH BETANGO. YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE ANY ACTIVITY IF YOU EXPERIENCE PAIN, DISCOMFORT, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, DIZZINESS, OR ANY OTHER WARNING SIGNS.
THE BETANGO PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE, LOSS, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF BETANGO OR ANY INSTRUCTOR.
Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE BETANGO CLOSED TELEGRAM CLUB, WEBSITE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT, ALL CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
BETANGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY THE “BETANGO PARTIES”) MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT OR ANY CONTENT. THE BETANGO PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT AND CONTENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BETANGO PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE BETANGO PARTIES TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO BETANGO DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
YOU, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE BETANGO PARTIES FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT.
IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542.
THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF PRIVATE TELEGRAM CHAT MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE; OTHERWISE, SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to BeTango), and hold harmless BeTango and the BeTango Parties (as defined in the Limitation of Liability section) from and against any and all claims, damages, judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties, interest, fees, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and costs of settlement), and other costs of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, matured or unmatured, suspected or unsuspected, in law or equity, and whether in tort, contract, or otherwise (collectively, "Claims"), arising out of or related to:
your access to or use (or misuse) of private Telegram chat, including any discussions, arranged or inspired through private Telegram chat;
your violation of these Terms of Use, the Instructor Agreement (if applicable), or any applicable law, agreement, or regulation;
your violation of the rights of any third party (including other Users, Guests, Instructors or external parties); or
any act or omission by any person accessing private Telegram chat through your Account.
You agree to promptly notify BeTango of any third-party Claims, to cooperate fully with the BeTango Parties in defending such Claims, and to pay all associated fees, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees). The BeTango Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations), and you agree not to settle any Claim without BeTango's prior written consent. This indemnification is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities or remedies available to BeTango.
Promotional Communications from Us
BeTango may occasionally send promotional, marketing, or informational emails, notifications, or messages to Registered Users who have provided contact information (e.g., newsletters, feature updates, special offers, or Closed telegram club announcements). By registering to private Telegram chat, you consent to receive these communications, but you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or updating your account settings.
BeTango does not permit spam, unsolicited, illegal, or misleading communications. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from or related to BeTango, or if you have concerns about any message from us, please contact Support@betango.dance immediately. We may also permit trusted partners to send special offers to Registered Users, subject to the same standards. Upon becoming aware of any violating communication, BeTango reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including termination of accounts, removal of content, or other remedies.
Changes to the Website
BeTango may update, add, or remove content on private Telegram chat from time to time, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or error-free. All content, including dance lessons, and instructional materials, is provided “as is” and BeTango has no obligation to update or correct it. You acknowledge that dance techniques and related information can change, and you use all content at your own risk. BeTango reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue private Telegram chat or any features, services, or content at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party. Any reference to services, instructors, or third parties does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by BeTango.
Geographic Restrictions
Company is based in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements entered into and to be wholly performed therein. In the event of any conflict between any provisions hereof and any applicable laws to the contrary, the latter shall prevail, but these Terms shall be deemed modified only to the extent necessary to remove such conflicts, and the remaining clauses shall be interpreted so as to effect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the Parties.
Binding Arbitration Agreement
NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION OF THESE RULES CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHTS TO TRY CLAIMS IN COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY AND THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM OR ACTION. YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN US THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER.
You and BeTango agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to the BeTango Service, these Terms of Use, private Telegram chat Policies, and this Arbitration Agreement, shall be determined by binding arbitration or in small claims court, following the mediation process described below. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than in court, and is subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award and nothing in this Arbitration Agreement shall be interpreted as limiting any non-waivable statutory rights. You agree that, by agreeing to these Terms of Use, the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision, and that you and BeTango are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Agreement and the termination of your BeTango Account.
Mediation Process. Before seeking arbitration or filing a small claims court action, you and BeTango agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation. If you elect to initiate mediation, you must first send to BeTango, by certified mail, a written Notice of your claim ("Notice"). The Notice to BeTango must be addressed to: BeTango Global LLC, Attention: Legal Notice, 7901 4th St. N., Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 ("Notice Address"). If BeTango initiates mediation, it will send a written Notice to the email address used for your Account. A Notice, whether sent by you or by BeTango, must (a) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (b) set forth the specific relief sought ("Demand"). Upon receipt of the Notice, you and BeTango agree to engage in mediation facilitated by a neutral mediator selected from the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or another mutually agreed-upon mediation service. The mediation shall be conducted virtually, and shall commence within 30 days of the Notice being received. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by you and BeTango, unless otherwise agreed. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days after the Notice is received (or such longer period as mutually agreed), you or BeTango may then commence an arbitration proceeding or file a claim in small claims court as described below.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, and you elect to seek arbitration or file a small claims court action, you must reference the prior Notice and mediation attempt in your filing. You may download or copy a form Notice and a form to initiate arbitration at www.adr.org. If you are required to pay a filing fee, after BeTango receives notice at the Notice Address that you have commenced arbitration, BeTango will reimburse you for your payment of the filing fee, unless your claim is for greater than US$10,000, in which event you will be responsible for filing fees.
The arbitration will be governed by the Consumer Arbitration Rules (the "AAA Rules") of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as modified by this Agreement, and will be administered by the AAA. The AAA Rules and Forms are available online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879, or by writing to the Notice Address. The arbitrator is bound by the terms of this Agreement. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide, including issues relating to the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. Unless BeTango and you agree otherwise, any arbitration hearings will take place in the county (or parish) of your residence. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on all parties, except (1) for judicial review expressly permitted by law or (2) if the arbitrator's award includes an award of injunctive relief against a party, in which case that party shall have the right to seek judicial review of the injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction that shall not be bound by the arbitrator's application or conclusions of law.
If your claim is for US$10,000 or less (exclusive of interest, attorneys' fees, and costs), the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, unless the arbitrator determines that a hearing is necessary, in which case it may be held virtually (as the default), telephonically, or in-person if deemed essential by the arbitrator, all as established by the AAA Rules. Virtual hearings are preferred to minimize travel and costs for all parties. If your claim exceeds US $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA Rules. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision explaining the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. If the arbitrator issues you an award that is greater than the value of BeTango's last written settlement offer made before an arbitrator was selected (or if BeTango did not make a settlement offer before an arbitrator was selected), then BeTango will pay you the amount of the award or US$5,000, whichever is greater. Except as expressly set forth herein, the payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules.
YOU AND BeTango AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and BeTango agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.For any Instructor who has executed a separate Non-Exclusive Founding Instructor License Agreement, the dispute-resolution provisions in said Agreement shall control over this section to the extent of any inconsistency.
Severability and Survival. This Arbitration Agreement is the full and complete agreement relating to the formal resolution of disputes covered by this Arbitration Agreement. In the event any portion of this Arbitration Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this Arbitration Agreement will be enforceable. Therefore, terms of this Arbitration Agreement shall be severed, to the smallest extent possible, if required to uphold the enforceability of this Arbitration Agreement. The Arbitration Agreement is a contractual agreement to mutually arbitrate claims.
Electronic Communications
By using the BeTango Closed telegram club or providing us with your contact information, you consent to receive communications from BeTango electronically, including via email, in-app notifications, or through private Telegram chat. For contractual purposes, you agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without BeTango's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment, transfer, delegation, or subcontract without such consent shall be null and void. BeTango may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
Force Majeure
Neither BeTango nor you shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms (except for payment obligations) where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other severe weather events; war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, civil unrest, or other public disturbances; embargoes, blockades, or sanctions; epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies; strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or shortages of labor; shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, or materials; breakdowns or failures of equipment or infrastructure; hacking, cyber-attacks, or other interruptions to telecommunications or internet services; government orders, laws, regulations, or restrictions; or any other event commonly recognized as force majeure (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable. If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice without liability (except for obligations accrued prior to termination).
Notice
Any notices or communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing. Notices to BeTango shall be sent to: BeTango Global LLC via the address in the Contact Us section hereunder. Notices to you may be sent to the email address or physical address associated with your account, or posted on private Telegram chat.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If the last email address you provided is invalid or undeliverable, BeTango's dispatch of the email shall nonetheless constitute effective notice. Notices sent by nationally recognized overnight delivery service or first-class prepaid mail shall be deemed received upon delivery or attempted delivery. Email notices shall be deemed received upon transmission (unless a delivery failure notice is received). BeTango may also provide operational notices through private Telegram chat or in-app notifications.
Connectivity.
You are responsible for any network or internet connectivity required to access or use the Website. An internet connection is required to access the Website. We are not responsible for Website or blockchain performance issues related to internet or network connectivity problems.
Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity, or in any public or private forum (including social media, reviews, forums, or other online Closed telegram clubs), any defamatory statements concerning BeTango, private Telegram chat, its services, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, Users, suppliers, investors, or other associated third parties.
This section does not restrict your ability to make truthful statements or engage in fair criticism of private Telegram chat, its policies, services, or operations (including honest reviews, feedback, or opinions), nor does it limit any rights protected under the First Amendment, whistleblower laws, or other applicable protections for lawful speech.
This covenant does not restrict your ability to provide truthful testimony in response to a lawful subpoena or government inquiry, or to exercise any rights protected under applicable whistleblower laws. However, any violation of this section may result in account termination and/or legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Closed telegram club that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel Transactions if any information on the Website or on any related Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website or on any related Website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on private Telegram chat or on any related Website, should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related Closed telegram club has been modified or updated.
Entire Agreement; Amendment
This Agreement, along with any mutually agreed upon amendments and addenda, (a) is the Parties’ entire understanding regarding its subject matter, and (b) supersedes all other oral or written agreements of the Parties as to such subject matter. We may update this Agreement by modifying this web page, and will (x) indicate the date of any such updates above and (y) may email You at the email address then on file to notify You of such update. You will be deemed to have accepted such modifications if You continue to access private Telegram chat or do not provide a termination notice within fifteen (15) days’ of release of the updated Agreement. In the event You provide such a notice, BeTango shall have the option, in its sole discretion, of reverting the terms to the previously accepted version of the Agreement (as applicable to You only), in which case Your termination notice would be void. Referenced policies and procedures may be changed at any time in BeTango’s sole discretion. Any terms and conditions in or referenced by an invoice, purchase order or other such document issued pursuant to this Agreement will have no force or effect.
Survival
Termination, expiration, or suspension of these Terms, your account, or your access to private Telegram chat (for any reason) shall not affect the continuation or enforceability of any provision that, by its nature or express statement, is intended to survive. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following provisions (and any related definitions, rights, obligations, or remedies) shall survive indefinitely (or for any specified period):
All licenses and rights granted by you to us (including but not limited to the perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from your materials uploaded or shared on private Telegram chat);
Intellectual Property Rights (including ownership, protections, and restrictions on use);
Representations, warranties, and disclaimers;
Limitation of Liability and all disclaimers of warranties;
Indemnification obligations;
Confidentiality obligations (if any);
Payment obligations (including any amounts owed prior to termination);
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver (if applicable), and Jurisdiction/Venue provisions;
Provisions related to off-Closed telegram club conduct, reporting, acknowledgments, and enforcement exceptions (including but not limited to those in Sections regarding User Conduct, and non-intervention policies);
Any accrued rights, remedies, or claims arising before termination; and
Any other provisions that by their terms or context are intended to survive termination or expiration.
Data Security and Privacy
BeTango employs commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and User information stored on private Telegram chat against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, consistent with industry standards for similar services. Notwithstanding these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and BeTango cannot guarantee absolute security.
BeTango reserves the right to suspend or restrict your access to private Telegram chat, with or without notice, on an emergency basis if we reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) prevent or address actual or suspected unauthorized access, misuse, malicious activity, or security threats; (b) maintain the integrity, availability, or performance of private Telegram chat; or (c) comply with applicable law or legal process.
Both you and BeTango agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. By using private Telegram chat, you consent to BeTango's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of providing and improving private Telegram chat, processing payments, conducting analytics, and sending service-related communications. Please review the BeTango Privacy Policy (available at https://dmitryvasin.com/) for detailed information on how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.
Feedback
You hereby grant BeTango an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and incorporate any feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvements, or recommendations you provide regarding private Telegram chat, its features, or services ("Feedback"), without any obligation to compensate, attribute, or notify you. BeTango may use Feedback in its sole discretion for any purpose, including improving or promoting private Telegram chat. Reviews, ratings, or comments posted on private Telegram chat must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience with the applicable Instructor, stream, content, or feature. You agree that any such review or rating will: (i) be based solely on your personal experience; (ii) not be provided in exchange for payment, compensation, or other benefits; (iii) not be submitted if you have a competitive interest, ownership stake, employment relationship, or other affiliation with the reviewed party; and (iv) comply fully with these Terms of Use. BeTango reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to edit, remove, or exclude any review, rating, or Feedback that it believes undermines the integrity of the review system, violates these Terms, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Miscellaneous
No waiver by BeTango of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of BeTango to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be repealed or limited to the minimum extent necessary to ensure that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue to operate in their entirety. These Terms, together with all documents incorporated herein by reference (including the BeTango Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy), constitute the sole and complete agreement between you and BeTango regarding your access to and use of the Telegram private club, and supersede all previous and existing agreements, assurances, and guarantees, whether written or oral. These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and do not grant any third-party beneficiary rights to any other individual or entity.
Changes to these Terms
We may update our Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last Modified" date at the top of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and these Terms to check for any changes. You are advised to review these Terms frequently for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
Complaints, Content Removal Requests, and Instructor Appeals
If you believe any content on the BeTango Closed telegram club (including videos, comments, or profiles) violates these Terms, you may submit a complaint or removal request by emailing Support@betango.dance.
You may also send formal written complaints to the address listed in the Contact Us section at the end of these Terms.
All complaints should include relevant links, screenshots, or other evidence. BeTango will review valid complaints in good faith and take action at our sole discretion where we determine a violation has occurred.
If your own content or Account is removed or restricted, you may appeal the decision by emailing Support@betango.dance with additional explanation or evidence. All appeal decisions are final.

Where BeTango requires that you provide an email address, you are responsible for providing BeTango with your most current and accurate email address. In the event that the last email address you provided to BeTango is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering notices required or permitted by these Terms of Use, BeTango’s dispatch of the email containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice to you.
